dealers' room rules

1. No smoking is allowed in the MSC, or in any building on campus.
2. No firearms, replica or otherwise, are allowed on campus or in the Dealers' Room. All bladed weaponry must be sold BOXED and SEALED, so bring supplies!
3. Dealers may have food at their tables, but are responsible for clean up.
4. Only masking tape may be used to hang posters and flyers on the walls of the Dealers' Room.
5. Dealers may not hang flyers or posters outside the Dealers' Room. Any flyers posted outside the Dealers' Room will be removed.
6. We ask that dealers clear out of the Dealers' Room as swiftly as possible at the end of the convention. If all dealers are not out by 5pm on Sunday, the MSC will levy a fine, which will be paid by the late dealers.
7. Dealers will not be allowed to use the PA system. Announcements may be written down and broadcast by Dealers' Room staff.
8. Due to University Regulations, all sales and trades are restricted to the Dealers' Room and are not permitted anywhere else on campus.
9. Dealers will not be permitted to overflow merchandise onto adjacent empty tables without payment.
10. Dealers will not be permitted to sell bootlegged or pirated materials.
11. Dealers are permitted to sell adult material. However, it must be placed out of the reach of young children and covered if on display. MSC Cepheid Variable retains the sole right to determine what is and is not adult material.
