February 26, 2002. If we are preparing an ad for you, please return this
reservation and any associated graphics by February 26, 2002. Make all checks
payable to MSC Cepheid Variable. We also ask that you send your ads and
materials in a large envelpoe in order to prevent creases and other 
folding-related damage. Please leave at least quarter-inch margins on all
materials. You will receive a complementary copy of the finished Program Book
after the convention.
