 we are preparing an ad for you, please return this reservation and any associated graphics by
 January 15, 2002. Make all checks payable to MSC CAMAC. We also ask that you send your ads
 and materials in a large envelope in order to prevent creases and other folding-related damage.
 Please leave at least quarter-inch margins on all materials. You will receive a complimentary copy
 of the finished Program Book after the convention.
