aggiecon 33 program book info

It's that time of year again, time to begin preparations for AggieCon 33. What is AggieCon? It is the oldest and largest student-run Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror convention in the United States. Each year, Texas A&M University hosts people from all over the world for one weekend in the spring, so they can gather together and share a common interest. Many guests and attendees from out of town will be visiting the Bryan-College Station area.

We would like to offer you a chance to advertise your business in our Program Book. Each attendee of our convention receives a Program Book, which lists the special guests of our convention, including Neil Gaiman, advertisements from both local and national businesses, and other information about the convention. Our advertising rates are quite reasonable, as you can see from the chart below.

If you would like to reserve a space in our program book, please print and fill out the Program Book Ad Reservation form and mail the completed form, along with your advertisement, to the address listed below. Be sure to leave at least a quarter inch margins on your ad.

Return the form and ad with payment by February 26, 2002.
Make all checks payable to MSC Cepheid Variable. We can also accept ads through email. We do reserve the right to ask you to edit your advertisements for content if we feel it is inappropriate. Remember, this convention takes place on a college campus and we are bound by its rules and regulations.

If you do not have an ad prepared, we can do it for you! Simply return the reservation form with payment and any graphics you would like us to use. Please contact us by February 26, 2002 . We will send or fax you a copy for your approval.
