If you can't identify all the references in the bios, click here to see them.

yaru "bobbitt" liu potentate director

Far from being scared off by serving as Assistant Director for AggieCon 31, Bobbitt agreed to become Director for AggieCon 32 out of the kindness of her heart; the year's supply of poppadoms and lager had nothing to do with it. The rest of the cast would like to repudiate the rumor that she was replaced by a psychomorph prior to accepting the position. Bobbitt would like to say hello to her parents and Dagmar the Wonder Cat.

michael "po'ki" crocker power-crazed dictator guest relations

Po'Ki served as Director of AggieCon 31. He spent the next few months in Antigua recovering from exhaustion with the aid of sun, sand, and the sorts of drinks that have little umbrellas with fruit stuck on them, then headed out for a rousingly successful three-month gig as a torch singer at the Big Bang Burger Bar. Po'Ki would like to recognize his fans for all their love and support.

linda "sangria" canik slow learner program book editor

Sangria was cast as the Program Book Editor for AggieCon 31 and not having learned her lesson the first time round, eagerly grasped the opportunity to do it all over again. In her spare time, she can be found acting as Assistant Recreation Director on the Velvet Comet. Sangria would like to thank all the regulars at the 42nd Street Bar for believing in her.

adam "vic" waggenspack head coach dealers' room director

As the Dealer's Room Director for AggieCon 31, Vic learned that you can solve any problem by reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. He spends his time outside of AggieCon (is there truly such a thing?) boldly splitting infinitives that no one has split before. Vic would like to suck up to thank the director for allowing him this opportunity to excel.

beth "rack" bader minion dealer's room assistant

As Dealer's Room Assistant, Rack is understudying Vic this year. Previous roles for Rack have included Third Person from Right and Random Villager in Scorsese's thrilling adaptation of Princess Mononoke, and she is especially proud of her work as Person Standing in Line Behind Talia in the critically acclaimed musical PsyCorps.

ray "zallekin" harlan npc gaming co-director

In between battles with Rebel scum, Zallekin acted as Director of Everything Game-Related Except For Live-Action Gaming for AggieCon 31, and is grateful to be reprising his role in this year's production. Zallekin would like to mention that every time someone claps, an evil Sith is born.

ernie "ducky" ramos dungeon master gaming co-director

A suave and sophisticated British secret agent for most of the year, Ducky took time off last year to act as Director of Live-Action Gaming for AggieCon 31. He had so much fun that he persuaded MI-5 to allow him extra vacation time this year to help us out. Ducky sends his love to Fluffy, Tigger, and the Boojum.

jen "tater tot" connally welcome wagon registration

Tater Tot is reprising her long-running role in Registration for AggieCon 32, during a break from her current position as EVA pilot for NERV, where she spends most of her time defending the planet Earth while suffering from teenage angst. Tater Tot sends love and kisses to that special someone.

jennifer "growth" putsche chief gofer registration assistant

Growth, understudying Tater Tot in Registration this year, comes to us direct from Mann's Dinner Theatre in Orlando, where she triumphed as Willy Loman in Death of a Salesman, a production which costarred Ron Perlman and a cardboard cutout of Vivian Leigh in the gender-switching role of Tuxedo Mask. Growth professes herself to be thrilled to have even a small part in the wondrous production that is AggieCon 32.

melinda "penguin" picard highly-strung genius art show director

Strangely enough, considering her last name, Penguin is not related to Edmond Picard, Hughes Picard, Phillippe Marie Rene Picard, or Le Picard (Nicolas d'Ypres). In spite of this appalling lack of connection to French painters of the ages, she is in charge of the Art Show this year. Penguin believes luck, hard work, and many cups of fleegix contribute to her success.

ron "that guy" hunt robin hood charity auction director

That Guy is making his theatrical debut in the role of Charity Auction Director. He has starred in several television commercials, including the never-to-be-forgotten roles of That Guy Surprised to Learn That His Cleaning Fluid Isn't Working Very Well and That Guy Who Gets Knocked Down in the Football Game Before They Grill With That Really Good Charcoal. That Guy would like to thank each and every one of you for making his career possible, and to mention that the pelagic argosy has sighted land.

kate "piston" ward den mother con ops

Piston is debuting in the role of Director of Con Ops after a successful season last year at AggieCon 31 off-off-Broadway where she masterfully took charge of the Masquerade and the Scavenger Hunt. Her life off the boards is with the Bernadelli Insurance Society, for which she stalks follows the sixty billion double-dollar man. Piston tries hard to be a role model for all the brats darling children out there.

erik "sancho" osterholm bouncer security

Sancho has been cast as Director of Security for this year's production, narrowly beating up out several other contenders, including Wedge Antilles and Ookla the Mok. Sancho's acting credits include the role of A Small Green Blob in a regional production of Hamlet, and Emperor Palpatine in the off-Broadway musical DEATHSTAR!

michael "silent mike" miller junior bouncer security assistant

As Security Assistant, Silent Mike is the understudy for Sancho and will assist him with memorizing lines and cues for his extensive role. Silent Mike assures us that his desire to prove himself worthy for the role of Director of Security does not extend quite so far as to hire the Dendarii Free Mercenaries to ensure his eventual casting.

kim "kim" ryle concierge con suite liaison

Kim landed the key role of Con Suite Liaison after a grueling audition that landed several less fortunate aspirants in the hospital. Looking back on her audition experience, Kim claims to have found the live-fire obstacle course "exhilarating," although she wishes she had been slightly more prepared for the Applied Physics section. Kim says hello to all the regulars at Mary's Place.

julie "jooie" broome spunky reporter print p.r.
andrew "drool" bost grizzled reporter print p.r.

Jooie and Drool come to our production fresh from the carnival circuit in South America, where they have practiced for years to perfect their dual trapeze act. They graciously agreed to fill the roles of Print P.R. for AggieCon 32 during their temporary respite to allow their combined total of 392 broken bones to heal. Jooie and Drool would like to say "Fnord" to all their fans.

stephanie "schilling" folse web goddess electronic p.r.

Schilling arrives from the prestigious Ohtori Academy, where she served as a charter member of the Black Rose Society. She was the Charity Auction Director for AggieCons 30 and 31 and determined to play a role that would allow her to sit down this year. Schilling attributes her success to the Power of Dios.

If you recognize all the references, you win nothing but the realization that you probably have as little of a life as the webmistress does. If you can't figure one or more of them out and it's really bothering you, you can email Stephanie at schilling@cepheid.org and ask.
