bus service The hotels in College Station are a bit too far from campus to walk, especially once you've gotten all that stuff from the Dealer's Room, the Art Show, and the Charity Auction. Texas A&M offers bus service from Monday to Friday free of charge on campus and for $1 per ride off campus. Bus schedules and pass information can be found at the Bus Operations website. On Saturday and Sunday there is no bus service.
shuttle service The Comfort Inn, our official convention hotel, has shuttle service to and from campus, but if you choose not to stay there, making alternative arrangements for transportation is encouraged.
parking and construction information Parking and the latest construction information on campus can be found at A&M's Parking, Traffic, and Transportation Services website, although the rate for the University Center Parking Garage is out of date (it has been increased to $8/day). |
