Program Book Information Each attendee of our conference receives a Program Book, which lists the special guests of our conference, advertisements from both local and national businesses, and other information about the conference. We would like to offer you a chance to advertise your business in our Program Book. Our advertising rates are quite reasonable, as you can see from the chart below. Back Cover: Inside Covers: Full Page (8 1/2 x 11): Half Page: Qaurter Page: Please inquire* $150* $100 $60 $30 *Subject to availability. Inquire about color ads. If you would like to reserve a space in our program book, please print and fill out the Program Book Ad Reservation form. This printer-friendly form will open in a separate browser window. Once you have printed it out, simply close the window it is in to return here. Mail the completed form, along with your advertisement, to the address listed below. Be sure to leave at least a quarter inch margin on your ad. Return the form and ad with payment by January 15, 2002. Make all checks payable to MSC CAMAC. If you do not have an ad prepared, we can do it for you! Simply return the reservation form with payment and any graphics you would like us to use. Please contact us by January 15, 2002 .
